Assemble Instruction: 1. Put the tube in the hole. 2. Put the round gasket close on the bottom of the base. 3. Insert the wrench into the top of the screw to secure it, then put the screw through the base gasket and turn it clockwise until the screw is tightened. 4. Put the umbrella pole into the tube and then tighten the screw.

MAXIMUM WEIGHT: 50 lbs when filled with water and sand. NOTE: Water and sand are NOT included with the base.
